These terms explain how customers interact with Luxe Mint Global, ABN 32 242 670 013, an Australian online jewellery marketplace/studio based in NSW.

Enquiry-led products and prices

Custom, sourced, resized, engraved and special-order products are enquiry-led. A displayed “From” price is a starting guide, not a fixed offer. Product specifications, availability, stone or metal details, certification, timing, shipping, insurance, total price and payment terms are confirmed in a final quote before payment.

Ready-to-ship products

Only products clearly labelled as genuine ready-to-ship stock may be purchased through checkout. Page price, stock status, shipping and return terms must match checkout. Sold or out-of-stock products are not purchasable.

Custom work and cancellation

Cancellation may be limited after the customer accepts the final quote and sourcing, resizing, engraving, certification or custom production begins. Any applicable limits are confirmed before work starts and remain subject to Australian Consumer Law.

Delivery and payment

Estimated preparation and delivery timing is provided before final payment. No quote-led product is ordered merely by submitting an enquiry.
