Refund and Returns Policy
This policy is designed to be clear before purchase. It does not exclude rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Change of mind and private review
Eligible pre-loved or ready-to-ship items may include a 14 day assurance period where stated on the product or quote. The item must be returned in the same condition, with all packaging, documents, tags, and certificates supplied.
Custom and sourced pieces
Custom made, resized, engraved, specially sourced, or supplier-allocated pieces may not be cancellable once work has started, unless required by law. We confirm these conditions before final payment.
Reserve deposits
If a 20 percent reserve is offered, it is calculated from the displayed “From” price or private quote. The reserve is refundable if the customer does not accept the final quote after consultation. Once the final quote is accepted and work begins, cancellation limits may apply.
Faulty, incorrect, or misrepresented items
If an item has a major fault, is materially different from the approved description, or cannot be supplied as agreed, contact us promptly. We will review the issue and provide the remedy required by Australian Consumer Law, which may include repair, replacement, or refund.
Shipping and non-refundable costs
Shipping, insurance, certification, payment fees, and custom work may be non-refundable where they have already been incurred, unless the law requires otherwise.
