Luxe Mint Global provides shipping and delivery information before a customer completes payment. Because jewellery can be custom made, sourced privately, insured, or pre-loved, the exact delivery method can depend on the product type and the final approved quote.

Before payment

• For products available for online checkout, the checkout charge and item terms are shown before payment.
• For custom, sourced, high-value, or private enquiry items, no final order is placed until the full quote is confirmed with the customer.
• The final quote confirms product details, price, reserve amount if applicable, remaining balance, shipping, insurance, and estimated timing.

Estimated timing

• Pre-loved pieces that are available now are usually prepared after payment, verification checks, and fraud review.
• Lab diamond custom pieces are commonly estimated at 14 to 21 days after final approval.
• Natural diamond custom pieces are commonly estimated around 4 weeks after final approval, depending on sourcing and certification.
• Complex custom work, resizing, engraving, or supplier availability may change timing. Any change is communicated before final payment where known.

Regions and costs

Australian delivery is available for eligible items. New Zealand or international delivery may be available by private quote only. International customers are responsible for duties, taxes, customs fees, or import requirements unless the written quote states otherwise.

Private collection and viewing

We do not provide a public walk-in showroom address. Private viewing, verification, or collection details are shared only after the appointment is confirmed.
