Terms and Conditions
These terms explain how customers interact with Luxe Mint Global, an ABN-registered Australian online jewellery marketplace.
Business model
Luxe Mint Global connects customers with selected suppliers, Australian craftsmanship pathways, private sourcing, custom jewellery, pre-loved pieces, and optional digital certification services. Some pieces are available for online checkout; other pieces require a private quote before final payment.
Prices and reserves
- Prices are shown in AUD unless another currency is clearly selected.
- “From” prices are starting guide prices for eligible configurations and may change with metal, stone, size, certification, supplier market movement, and availability.
- A 20 percent reserve or deposit, where offered, holds an eligible piece or starts the private pathway. The remaining balance is confirmed before completion or delivery.
- Shipping, insurance, timing, and remaining balance are confirmed before final payment.
Custom and sourced items
Custom work, sourced stones, supplier allocation, resizing, setting, engraving, or certification may begin only after the customer approves the final quote and conditions. Custom items can have different cancellation or return limits once work has started.
Product information
We aim to keep product descriptions, images, price, availability, and delivery information accurate. If an item is unavailable, sold, or requires a revised quote, we will tell the customer before final payment or offer a refund where required by law.
