Luxe Mint Global currently prepares Merchant listings for Australia first. International delivery is offered only when it is specifically confirmed in a written quote; it is not assumed for every item.
Quote, handling and transit
- Custom, sourced, resized, engraved and special-order jewellery: allow approximately 15–30 business days for handling, sourcing or preparation after final approval.
- Estimated Australian transit after dispatch: 2–7 business days.
- A safe total estimate is approximately 17–37 business days unless the product page or written final quote confirms otherwise.
Stone availability, certification, resizing, engraving, production, insurance and destination can change timing. The applicable estimate is confirmed before final payment.
Shipping charges
Free shipping applies only where the product checkout or final written quote explicitly shows free shipping. Otherwise, shipping and insurance costs are confirmed before payment.
Ready-to-ship items
Any genuine ready-to-ship product will show its actual availability and delivery terms. Sold or out-of-stock pieces cannot be checked out.
