Natural diamond pieces are generally estimated at 4 weeks, depending on sourcing and documentation. Once the finished piece arrives, it can be released for doorstep delivery immediately or retained by Luxe Mint Global for up to 14 extra days to schedule a private viewing.

Yes. Moissanite is the starting guide pathway and may be supplied with GRA documentation where available. Moissanite is available in 1 ct and 2 ct guide options, with 2 ct adding $250 AUD to the 1 ct guide price. Lab-grown diamonds start from 1 ct and may be supplied with IGI documentation where available. Natural diamonds may be supplied with GIA documentation where available. Final documentation details are confirmed before payment or production.

Eligible Luxe Mint documentation records are prepared around release, so the record reflects the finished piece. If you choose immediate doorstep delivery, documentation follows that release. If you choose the 14-day private viewing hold, documentation follows inspection and release, or the end of the hold if no inspection takes place.

If no private viewing or inspection takes place during the 14-day hold, the piece is released after the hold period ends.
